When ISRO Chief G. Madhvan addressing the press conference at Bagaluru, his face is completely filled with satisfaction and he told the reporters that Indian made satellite Chandrayaan and its probe –MIP ( Moon Impact Probe) did the greatest discovery of this century – the discovery of water on Moon and now all across the globe, this discovery is acclaimed.
This proves once again the mettle of India and Indian intellectuality all over the world.
This satellite was launched by ISRO on 22 October, 2008 but unfortunately the connection was broken in August, 09.
But Chandrayaan-I did their job and this discovery became the milestone discovery to identify the life possibilities apart from earth.

Champions Trophy 2009 South Africa will decide the future of ODI
Champions Trophy began at SouthAfrica and this will decide the future of One day International.
As the popularity of T-20 risen up , the threat is near for ODI but the first match between South Africa and Sri Lanka shows that there are still very much in this format and ICC to take the decision to run this format of cricket who has completed almost 35 years.
Now the champions are clashing each other for this prestigious cup.
My bet is for Sri lanka and Australia.

The Father of Green Revolution- Norman Borlaug died on 12 Sep, 2009..
If we see the greatest human being list in this century , there are many people who contributed their genius ness to the world and one of the personality was Norman Borlaug – A noble laureate whose contribution is remarkable and unforgettable in the agricultural development.
Today, when we teach about the green revolution , we sometime forget to tell our generation who is the man behind the revolution… This was Norman Borlaug …..A true scientist who was also received the Padma Bhushan from Indian government. When he received the Noble peace prize of 1970 , nobody was surprised because of the importance of their role in the agricultural productivity.
Due to his contribution, Mexico , India and Pakistan able to produce the double agricultural production of wheat. His contribution in the Green Revolution , developing the semi –Dwarf high yield , disease resistant Many wheat varieties always remembered throughout the world and he set the world food prize to establish the quality standard in the field of agricultural field.
We can only say ….Thank u very much , Mr. Norman Borlaug………You set a path for your followers and your contribution will never forget. You are a true humanitarian of all time.

Can you imagine a bank gives a loan without any interest?.................
It is not believable in this era, but , it is true. A bank known as Muslim Fund at Jamshedpur. The bank was established by Hazi Abdul Hakim Ansari and today this bank has 20000 bank accounts and there are 15 employees working in this bacnk. This bank also files the returns after the audit.
Then how the salary comes to these employees ….
This banks charges 80 paisa as service tax in every 100 Rupees at the time of granting the loans to any needy person and this service charge immediately reduce from the loaning amount and this amount used to giving the salary to the employee.
This bank also does not give any interest on saving account and can give only the 19500/- at a time as loan.
The basic objective of this bank is to provide the loan to needy person and this muslim bank is not giving the loan only to muslims but also to all communities.
This is really an appreciable steps by Mr Ansari. Yeh Hai Mera India.

Miracle of 9 – Baby born on 9/9/9 at 9:09 AM weigh 9 Pound, 9 ounce
On 9th September, 09 when La Crosse , US resident Berendes admitted his wife in hospital , he never thought about this coincidence of their third child. All over the world, the 9/9/9 treated as different as per their customs.
But for this couple, this date is so special when the Polly gave the birth to her third child on this day at 9:09 AM and when the nurse weight the infant , she is surprised to check the weight , its reads as 9 Pound & 9 Ounce.
This is called coincidence- a rare coincidence ………………..

My Definition of Quality..............
Being a quality professional for last 7 years, I have worked with 3 leading organization of different sectors – One is manufacturing , Second one is trading and third one is Service Industry.
After serving these companies my conclusion for the quality is – Quality is actually the understanding of the customer requirement, your commitment and fulfillment of the requirement . Higher the degree, higher the quality.
If you understand the customer requirement, your job is half done. Your commitment towards the requirement shows your dedication and the converting the requirements into actual product or service guarantees the Quality.
Quality can not be created suddenly or by chance. It is a joint effort whether this is quality of product or quality of service. You have to take care in every step of taking order to execution to Delivery to after sale service.
There are many definitions given by Quality Gurus and other standards or journals but my above definition is based on experience.

Nelson Mandela and Dalai Lama who are following their footsteps are today counted as the great leader of current era.

A debate started to revive One Day International in Cricket ………………
ODI is on the stake and all the playing nation has involve in the process of reviving the ODI format. The mastero of cricket Sachin Tendulkar and Dean Jones has started a new topic in the history of cricket.
The popularity of T-20 made a threat to this form of cricket and it is now a concern to ICC and all other cricket bodies to save the ODI format.
The suggestion given by the Dean jones and Sachin Tendulkar to divide the 50 overs match to two innings of 25 -25 overs is a really welcome suggestion to revive this shorter version of cricket and this will really add some values to this format and teams has the better chance to place them if they fails in one innings, they can revive in second innings but there are other factors also to be seen and let us hope that in near future we will see major changes in ODI format.

Truth behind the decreasing Inflation rate …………….WPI
The WPI ( Whole sale Price Index) shows the negative trend and every Indian is thinking that if the price of the eseential commodities is not decreased then How can the inflation rate dip……..A million dollar question.
The truth is that – The WPI index is calculating in the base year of 1993-94 which has the 435 commodities including 98 primary articles, 318 Manufactured products and 19 Fuel and energy products and most of these items are outdated and people are not usually use them now and their prices dips and Government did the calculation on these commodities and declare the inflation is decreasing.
Now tell me who is using Dalda or pager in 2009 ………………………….But these items are in the WPI. So, whenever government declared that Inflation is decreasing………this is just an illusion ……….A big hole is still widening in our pocket..

The end of an era in Cricket …………………….Kangaroos lost the ashes 2009
The Australian kingdom of cricket has been shattered and destroyed by the English cricketers and their ranking has been dropped to 4th place. Where South Africa ranked 1 and 2 and 3 slot taken by Sri Lanka and India.
The ashes series won by England 2-1 and this is not an ordinary victory for England , this is a historic win who opens the door to all. The decades rules of Australian cricket is now no more and The Australian Skipper Ricky Ponting once again the victim after 2005 loss.
Cricket has witnessed two kingdoms. First It was fully ruled by Caribbean’s for years and then the Australians from the Allan Border whose successor Mark Taylor, Steve Waugh, Ricky Ponting took the journey into a long way but every kingdom has to suffer a winter season and Now Australians are facing the drought.
This was the finest farewell to a great cricketer Andrew Flintoff and he always remembered this ashes victory to his lifetime. Andrew Strauss , the skipper of winning English cricket team praised by all his former captains for his cool and calm temperament.

When the government banks will improve their service………………
Today, I visited the Bank of India , Nehru Place and my experience with them is very pathetic. These guys are not ready to improve themselves. I have submitted my cheque book issue form and debit card form one months back but I was not able to get them , when I have enquired for the same, they told me that you have to submit the form again. What a lethargic way of doing business in this cutting throat arena of compeitition. This is the reason why private banks are flourishing? When I tried to withdraw my money from my accounts, the cashiers shut down the cabin and went for smoking and there were a lot of people standing in queue.
When these guys will improve????????????? When these guys think that their salary comes from our money……………
Apart from these banks, the private banks has a very good approach and their service is at par for their customer.

NDTV Imagine get the desired Rating of "Rakhi Ka Swanywar"
Rakhi Sawant the Item girl took the initiative and invite the other people to follow their footprints. She made a lot of money, name and fame too by organising her swanyawar as a reality show. Where is the limit of these realities show? and they are really crossing the limits. IF this goes on, they can do anything for inreasing their TRP and money. These reality shows can only create the hype in the society.
