Double tons by VVS Laxman and Gautam Gambhir

30th October,2008 At Freozshah Kotla Ground at Delhi witnessed the splendid performance of two indian batsman - First Gautam Gambhir who made his 206 Runs in his homeground and then V V S Laxman was unbeaten on 200. This means a lot to Australians. Now their undisputed rule on International cricket is now on the verge to over and the pace battery of Australia is gone now and Shane Warne is history now.

Now Every team can think to make 600+ Runs against Australia and put them in backfoot.
Well done ! Gautam Gambhir and V V S Laxman.

Blueberries- Blueberries are the ultimate memory food. Compounds in blueberries called polyphenols actually help "turn on" the signals that let neurons (brain cells) communicate with each other more effectively.

Strawberries-Compounds in strawberries help protect your brain and preserve your memory.

Spinach - Spinach is loaded with an array of anti-inflammatory and antioxidant compounds that research has shown to slow brain aging and preserve memory.

Turmeric - Turmeric's reputation as a "super-spice" is due largely to its anti-cancer activity and powerful anti-inflammatory properties but it also helps to protect your brain.

Fish & Fish Oils - Grandmother was right -- fish is indeed brain food! Over 60 percent of your brain by weight is composed of fat, and most of it is the same fat found in fish.
