My Definition of Quality..............

Being a quality professional for last 7 years, I have worked with 3 leading organization of different sectors – One is manufacturing , Second one is trading and third one is Service Industry.

After serving these companies my conclusion for the quality is – Quality is actually the understanding of the customer requirement, your commitment and fulfillment of the requirement . Higher the degree, higher the quality.

If you understand the customer requirement, your job is half done. Your commitment towards the requirement shows your dedication and the converting the requirements into actual product or service guarantees the Quality.

Quality can not be created suddenly or by chance. It is a joint effort whether this is quality of product or quality of service. You have to take care in every step of taking order to execution to Delivery to after sale service.

There are many definitions given by Quality Gurus and other standards or journals but my above definition is based on experience.

If you are able to do so, you make delighted customer rather than satisfied customer who really add up the customer base for your service and products.
